Picnic point:Ghazi baba Buner Chinglai

 

Ghazi baba is an unknown hidden picnic point of Buner, nearer to village Chinglai. It is full of natural beauty,  and has a lot of beautiful sceneries and land scape. Once someone visited there will wish to come again.

Location of Ghazi baba:

 It is located in Buner tehsil khudukhail, few Km in  South west of Chinglai, in west to Sawawai at Bagh road.

Road to visit Ghazi Baba:

To visit this beautiful and hidden place you have to follow Bagh road (branch of Chinglai road branching at Chawsa) following the you will witness typical Buneri greenery and beauty,  narrow road  covered by plants side by side and with dangerous turns. The road will lead to a point where there is masque on left side and on right is water, from there you have to leave vehicle and move along the flow of water, this willl lead you to Main picnic point.

Main Ghazi Baba picnic point: This consist of a small Masjid covered by Olive trees and has fresh water flowing on right.

Just in front is a Muqbara or Grave yard of Ghazi Baba, this belong to people of Sawawai and has Graves of those brave who fought against British imperialism and defeat them with their bloods. British were ruling most part of world but were totally unable to defeat these people.

Best time to Visit to there: Every day of Winter and spring is best to there but in Summer you will enjoy the most when sky is cloudy.

At that place there is nothing just calmness, beauty and peace, so you have to take all essentials like food items etc ... either from home or to buy in Chinglai or if you are coming from Swabi sides Ghurghushtu is best place to buy. Though now there are some shops on Bagh road at Chawsa and also some are in Saighund.

Flood in Pakistan, in picturesK

 Where almost 67% of Pakistan is covered by water and people are busy either help their people or helping others,  there are some pictures as

These two pictures are from KP where peoe are helping their brothers in other villages that are cut from every where,these peoe are transporting food and other essentials to effected people. we can see they have kept their live in danger, so to keep other live.

These pictures shows city under water. How disturbing this is.

In this picture an old women is looking at her steel box,seeming that it contain some od her precious stuffs. May Allah help them. 

This pictures shows how much water has intered to the homes of people. This has destroyed every thing the whole stuffs of people.

Destruction of floods in Pakistan.

 Exactly after 12 years, the flood hit again Pakistan and cover 1 3rd of the country area while destroying homes of almost 33 million people and killing more than 1000 people.

  It will took long for Pakistan to heal from this. It has destroyed more than 5 thousand Km of roads and also caused the death of more than 0.7 million of live stocks.

Reconstruction in flood affected Pakistan

 Floods of August 2022 has destroyed infrastructure in Pakistan, but unfortunately due lake of resources and also lake of intrest current govt is unable to reconstruct what has been fatally demage by floods with high speed in short time. To over come this problem people of Pakistan has started this reconstruction by their self at many areas. 

   The road between Kalam and Bahrain was ruined by floods and there was no any alternate way of connection betweem these two, so the locals has started the construction they are working with high speed and Insha Allah very soon they will complete this project without any aid from either local provincial or fedral govt.

Kakori: A pakhtun traditional food item

KAKORI: Kakori are small round paratta like but are sweet in taste. These are most famous ins Pakhtun culture. They ate prepared in home on special occasions like when new came to home after completing her WOMA, send to relatives or someone living away from home and also are made specially when kids start walking for first time.

Yesterday 28 agust, at occasion of celebrating the first steps of WAJDAN ANWAR,

 we made Kakori at our home this was a great experience. 

How to prepare Kakori, 

1. Prepare flour for cooking but use GAROBI( solution of GURR in water). Must add Baking soda. 

2. Keep for whole night. 

3. At morning make small paattas of that and keep these in hot oil for 2 or 3 minutes. 

After cooking, these are distribute among the relatives and neighbors. This is a type of Shukrana sadaqa and also an announcement of walking of that kid.
