Is USA really a human right champion?

 

Is USA really a champion of Human rights?

   The simple and one word answer to this question is a big NO. I claim this after USA violation of Human rights. I also know that when ever a country that is Foe to USA or that want to have an independent   survival in world, and that country just try to violate from human rights, USA and her allies came to battle field of Human rights against that country. I am not against this attitude, the whole I wish to, is to see USA and her allies supporting and defending Human rights in their own countries and countries that are obligated to USA. But unfortunately history have witnessed  nothing like this.

  There are thousands of examples for me to defend my claim but here I am going just to give touch to few of them. I am neither going here to write about more than 11 million killings of innocents by USA and NATO nations, nor the destruction of Iraq Libya, Pakistan, Afghanistan saryia, Vietnam, vinzvilla, Cuba and Atomic bomb attacks. I am just mentioning here few small examples.

     First and fore most thing about which we have listen from western powers is freedom of speech, but unfortunately they have never liked those freely speaker who ever unveiled their terrorist reality before the world, the most prominent Example here is the case of Julian Assange. He is the founder of Wicky  leaks report or files. This was First thing to expose the whole war crimes of USA and her NATO allies in countries where they invaded. From that time he is in prison, first he suffered in UK And now he is suffering in USA. This show how they care about freedom of speech. Another example is the murder case of an American journalist Shireen Abu aqlah, who was considered as voice of suffering Palestinians she was killed by Israeli occupier forces while she was reporting a brutal Israeli attacks on civilians of palistien with a sniper attack. No investigation has been yet started. Their calmness is a silent support to Human violation by settlers Israeli. Same they are doing in Jamal Khashogi’s murder case against crown prince of Saudi  MBS.

  Another interesting thing that convince every one about their hypocrisy is that, those who claim to protect the right of speech in whole world, are not even allowing their own Former president Trump, speak freely. All his social accounts are suspended and he is not allowed to speak publically too.

  Other example is that of Women rights. They continuously condemn  every country for women rights, but in their own country a Pakistani doctor  Afiya sadiqi is suffering their brutalities  from more than a decade without Committing a single crime.

  Their support to Israel in occupying land of Palistien and demolishing their homes is another thing that don’t support their label of Human right champions and same is doing their support of Arab allies in Their brutal attacks on poor Yemnies.

   These examples I have mentioned are not even have same proportion to USA crimes as that a drop of water has to whole ocean.

1. It is an epidemic zoonitic viral disease, cause by MonkyPox virus

2. first case was reported in 1970 at that time human cases were too rare,

3.first it was considered as an animal disease but then in some cases it was discovered it infect man too.

Monkypox outbreak:

 1.It first  this was not spreading too fastly.

 2. In May 2022 spreaded s in EU and African countries.

3.On 23 july 2022 WHO announce it as an out break.

Transmission: According to WHO 

1. It transmit through Close person to person contact. 

2. Also can be transmit from animals like monkys,dogs, squirrels and shrwes etc.

Sign and symptoms: 

1.As it is a diseases just like smallpox so it sign and symptoms and similar to those of it

2.Mostly rushe, spots, blisters on body, mostly on genitalia.

3. Other symtoms also include like fever headahe muscleach and chill.

Treatmen :

              Mostly doctors suggest the antiviral drugs used in trearment of smalpox due to its similarities with that.

  Vaccine:

              Vaccine is also same for it as smallpox, most important are ACAM2000 and Jynneos vaccines.

Balochistan in search of solution!

    The most important problem today Pakistan is facing is worst human rights situations in Balochistan that has been shaped into a humanitarian crisis. People of Balochistan are facing problems even in their basic human rights.From long time we are listining about external interference  in Balochistan we have also seen army operations against it. But in this whole those who suffered alot were innocent Balochs. T They are suffering because of both the terrorist attacks and also from  counter terrorism operation by Army. Simply their lives are not safe. 

    Problem agaist which these people are protesting  not the abscenceof luxuries, yet they are protesting againts the threat to their lives are demanding just the safty of lives. Most of faimlies has los at least one or two person as a result of force full disappearance, they are protesting for the safe return of their failmy members and demanding the end to such processes. These people are not terrorists, as claimed by most of people yet they are son of our own soil. They are not less patriotic than any other Pakistani. 

     Despite all these suffering they are even not allowed to speak for that, no main stream media is interested In  raising voice for them. Those who dare to speak, become disappear. They are begging and requesting before their own state of Islamic republic of Pakistan  but unfortunately neither they have any no who could try raise their voices before the  ruling class nor the ruling class has any interest in listing them.

    Accordig to sources Pakistan has started negotiation with TTP, an active terrorist organization, If we are such strong belivers of negotiating process that we are going to have negotiation with terrorist origanization, then  what is the thing that do no allowing us just to listen our own  Pakistanies? who are suffering. If TTP that is a terrorist organization can be negotiated then why not we can hear our own suffering people, who are demanding just for their basic human right. What happening in Balochistan is not myth yet crystal clear facts. People has lost their brothers, fathers, sons and women has lost their husbands! As a result of what is known as forceful disappearance. State must investigate this thing,  Disappeared persons sholud not be mixed to BLA terrorist.  Most of disappear persons are educated, some are still students, state must take immediate action and recover these people. There two main and heavy resposiblities of state, first to recover these people and second to destroy whole network of BLA while protecting our own people(Baloch). 

   Their(Disappeared people's) sons daughters, sisters, mothers, wives, brothers and fathers are suffering from their absence. This is a must to do task for state of Pakistan. This is the duty of state to ensure right of life for every citizen.

     If our state can arrest Indian spy Kalboshan yadew then recovering disappeared Baloch will not be too hard for them. Baloch deserve peaceful lives, free from fear of any type of terrorism or thret to their lives.

How to get strong,healthy and positive mind?

 

In this blog I am going to provide you some most practical and easy mechanisms for having a relaxed, productive and creative mind. Our mind is the greatest creature of the creater. It has sophisticated and still undiscover abilities, it conrol whole of our physical body so our mental health is as important as our physical is, we must take care of at. With time when toxic negative thoughts take control of our mind we lose our sophisticated abilities of our mind. This blog is going to provide you people more than enough help in regaining the power of your mind. 

    Once when we get shed the dust of negativity from our mind we will directly get the lost  creativity and productivity of our mind. So let see what are these practical mechanisms and how they work? 

   There are three mechanism for building  a healthy productive and creative mind.

1. Replacing your thoughts. 

2. Staring therapy.

3. Building power of imagination. 

1.  Mechanism of replacing thoughts: 

   Our mind is like a fertile land it allow both Important and  unimportant things to be cultivate. But we should continually remove the the unimportant, so that we could get a healthy mind. According to Robin sharma (author of "monk who sold his Ferrari) we should have to play the role of security guard of our own mind. We should stop negative thoughts from coming in.

   Our mind has another specific property that it can hold only one thought at a time. Means if we want to get rid of negative thoughts we must to provide some other stuffs to our mind to think. That is great and it always work. 

Mechanism:  There are two steps in this mechanism.  a: set relax and find out what                                is Occupying your mind.

                        b: Then try to replace them                                    with positive thoughts.

2. Mechanism of gaining  strong focus:

    We have a very simple and a practical way to get this. And that is "staring theraphy". Most widely people use "Rose flower" to be stare.

    

  All you required is just a fresh flower of rose. You can apply this in your bed room or even in office. You just have a rose at small distance, and to try to focus on it,while feeling its colour smell and thinking about its beauty. At first random thoughts will try to disturb your focus but this is normal you have to ignore the disturbace. You should repeat this for some 20 to 25 days. 

  It seems too simple but it is very effective you will feel changes just in few days. It will boost your focusing very easily.

3.Mechanism of Building power of imagination:

      Einstein was very right by saying that "Imagination is more important than knowledge". According to psychology every thing is created twice. First in imagination and second in reality. Means what is in our mind is going to be in reality very soon. We can also say that if we imagine what we want to get in future and just act according it very soon we will have that in reality.  This is a widely practised trick,it is working just try it!  

  Mechanism:   

1. You just need a calm and still place, it can be in your office, home or out side of home. 2.You have to set and first breath deeply few times. 

3. Clase your eyes and relax.

4. Start thinking about your goals and aims.

 You have to see your self as you want and also invision your actions as you would like to do after getting you goals. 

  This is a powerfull tool, according to law of attraction, our mind attract  waves from univerce according to our thoughts. So by doing soo your mind will start attracting your goal toward you and you will be universaly guided toward your goal. 

 These are important mechanism by which we can shed the dust of weakness and negativety from our mind and we can get a strong healthy and creative mind.

What is Hamas?

 Hamas: Arabic short form of Hurakata al muqqawemmata al islamyyia  in english this simply means movement of Islamic resistance. It is a Palisteeni people based freedom fighting organization that fights for the right of Palisteeni people agaist every type of Israeeli aggressions. 

    Hamas was founded in December 1987. Shiekh ahmad yasir was one of it pioneers. This was founded after the failure of PLO to protect rights of Palisteenies, and pro-Israeeli policies of PLO. As it is people based organization it was founded in Masajid and Universities of Palistien. Hamas is infact the reaction of Palisteeni people and also their shield against the aggression of Israeeli settlements on land of Palistien.  Since its founding it has protected alot of times its people from Israeeli aggression and gaven a tough time to Israeel in grabbing land of Palisteen. 

 Composition of Hamas: As Hamas is human rights organization so it is composed of all native Palisteenies Muslim, Arabs non Arabs Christians and also native Jews. It is not just a malitant group yet is organization of well qualified lawyers, highly educated people and also commen people. It is composed of people from each field and lines. It thi time it is not just organization of paistien now it also is a world wide international organization.

   Idealogy of Hamas: There are a too heavy propegandas against this organization in westren media. It is not an extremist organization like zoenism or ISSI yet it is organization of human rights. It has protected and is still protecting Palisteeni human rights. 

Main points of its political Idealogy are as:

1: Its demands as according to the resolutions of UN and belives in Two state solution with the pre-1967 boarders. In 1967 Arab-Israeel war Israeel occupied alot of palisteeni lands, on that lands Israeel has no rights according to UN and Israeel has to give these lands to people of palisteen. But Israeel has occupied it ignoring every vioce against their ill-legal occupation.

2: Defending human rights of Palisteeni people. Hamas has and still is proctecting rights of paliteeni people. It is ensuring the right of life, property, and freedom of palisteeni people. It has many times retaliated Israeeli aggressions. 

Some major times when Hamas protected right of life of a commen palisteeni are as:

a: in December 2007 Israeeli forces attacked heavily the civilians houses with missiles and rockets. There was just on organization to protect palisteeni from such attacks and that was Hammas. Who attacked back with missiles untill Israeeli forces has stopped their aggressive attacks.

b: 14 Nov 2014 Israeeli again attacked with missiles and air strikes on houses of Palisteenies. Again Hamas ensured the protection to people of Palisteen. In this attack head of Izza al din al Qasim forces got martyred.

c: In May 2021 Israeeli forces invaded civilians of Palisteen. Hamas again provided protection to people of Palisteen.

  The whole aim of Hamas is shortly to have an independent and peaceful Palistien.

  Hamas releation with other countries :

Most importat allies of Hamas are:

Qatar, Iran, Egypt And Saryia. The political HQ of Hamas are now in Qatar. Qatar openly supports Hamas politically and financialy as well. Iran provides more than 200 millions dollers of help. Egypt has also too supportive friend to Hamas thogh there releation got some negative effeects when pro-Israeeli Fatah sesi came in power, but still  they  have a very helpful alliance with Egypt.

Pakistan today

 Pakistan today: In this article I am going to cover what is happening in today's pakistan. Pakistan in next month is going to celebrate its independence day, it is 75 years old nation but it till has never felt just once the luxiary of stability and prosperity. It is still facing the social economical and political instability. There are many reason for this but that is controvesial debate between the civil leadership and esteblishment. I am not going to touch that there it is just about what is going right today in pakistan. 

     What is happening today was started at night when supreme court of pakistan order the national assembly to conduct a no-confidence motion against Imran khan former PM of pakistan as demanded by Oppostion allince inside national assembly of Pakistan. As a result Imran lost the game and lose his power, opposition allince elected Shehbaz shareef as PM,Imran claimed that this no-confidence motion was backed the  USA due his Russiophilic and independent forieng policies. Same was repeated in panjab assembly Imran's party came out of power and PMLn elected there leader Hamza shehbaz as CM,who is son of shehbaz shareef, intrestingly in both assemblies PTI was in majority. These things broke the potest against shehbaz govt both on road and on social media plate form. Most of people special youths accepted Imran's narrative this made him popular most leader. In by-election of panjab (on 20 seats most of these seats were because of those former PTI members who sold their loylity to opposition parties through process of horse-trading. These members were disqualified by ECP so their seats become empty) PTI won almost 15 out of 20 under their anti esteblishment and anti consperincy narrative. Now this PTI was again going to be in power in panjab that is largest province pakistan. Being in power in panjab means restricting fedral govt only to fedral capital city Islamabad. Now to be in power in fedral govt PMLn led govt and PTI both are trying their best. Abviously PTI had people mandate and PMLn had not and legally and principally it was PTI's right to make govt in panjab, this is pakistani democracy  here every thing is allowed PMLn and allince tried their best to again have horse trading, Mr.Zardari,one of govt ally do this "great" thing he nutralized Ch.Shujaat of PML Q who was ally of PTI and has most important 10 seats in panjab assembly. Just after voting for Panjab CM when PTI condidate got 186 votes and PMLn's got 179, depty speaker canceld the 10 votes of PMLQ and announce Hamza shebaz as CM. Soon every one was in SC. SC order Hamza to be as CM till new order from SC after full hearing.Now today SC will decide the future. 

  According to lawyers and all constitutional experts what dy speaker did was unconstitutinal. According to them in constitution and also in SC order it is cleary wrriten that the votes of  party members will be cancled only if these are againt will of parlimentary leader of party. As Shujaat is not the parlimentary leader of PMLQ so most chances are that the SC will cancel that night votings and may order the victory  of Parveez Illahi who has majority of 186 votes,more that 2/3. 

   We can call such situation and system any thing we wish but we can not call it democracy. Most of pakistani journalist also claiming about the role of esteblishment (Army) of pakistan in all these. They belive that what is going in Pakistan from USA consperincy to ousting of Imran, horsetrading in NA also in PA, violence against peacefull protest of PTI, attacking at homes of all those who even tweeted against govt or esteblishment and also they claim that army can change the crystal clear case of Punjab CMs.

   It is very clear that such situation cant give birth to economic growth. Just in few months after ousting of Imran Pakistan economy has became so weaken that it is just on brink of collapse. It is just matter of just few months that when Imran was in power pakistan developing growth rate according to world bank and other economic plateforms was 6%. Now it is in minus. Our exposrt were growing but now declining. Most of forienger investers has withdrwan their investments from land of pakistan. Govt also has lost popullarity in people. At last night of Imran govt in pakistan state bank there were more than 22 billion  US dollers now it has less than 10 billion US dollers. According to news Shehbaz govt is also on way to sell assets of Pakistan such things are weakening pakistan's situation.

   All pakistan need is a strong democratic govrnment may it is parliamentary or presidential. Politician must play such role that people could belive the democracy and system. There should not any further plitical role of Estelishment.
